Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The damaged item
  • The shipping box
  • Any packaging materials

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

 


Custom Commissions

Custom commission requests are accepted at our discretion.

Commission timelines, pricing, materials, and expectations will be discussed individually prior to acceptance.

Because custom pieces are created specifically for the customer, commissioned work is generally non-refundable once work has begun.
