The Sufferance
The Sufferance rests where endurance and reclamation meet.
Cast in weathered bronze, deep plum, and tarnished metallic tones, the artifact bears the appearance of an object left undisturbed beneath relentless heat, humidity, and time itself. The hand that once grasped the skull appears less its keeper and more its captive, slowly consumed as oxidation, mineral accretion, and age reclaim what was once separate.
Under traditional lighting, The Sufferance presents as a relic worn by decades of exposure. Under uplighting and alternate wavelengths, traces of dormant blue luminescence emerge from within the hand and root-like forms below, suggesting that despite prolonged confinement, not all energy has dissipated.
One of a kind, always.
